Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Azure AI, Agentic AI, RAG, LangGraph/LangChain, Python, and enterprise architecture . The ideal candidate will lead the technical architecture and delivery across multiple engineering tracks, ensuring scalable integrations, robust observability, security, and enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems , RAG architectures , Azure-based solutions, and backend platforms while coordinating teams across backend, LLM/AI, frontend, and data engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- Define, implement, and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, data contracts, and engineering best practices across all delivery tracks.
- Lead weekly technical steering calls with Product Owners and technical stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and resolve cross-track dependencies and shared infrastructure decisions.
- Drive architectural decisions related to:
- ServiceNow client libraries and integrations
- PostgreSQL schema and data models
- Scheduler and workflow design
- API integration patterns
- Shared infrastructure and platform components

- Review and approve LangGraph/LangChain agent designs , RAG architectures, API integration approaches, and data models before development begins.
- Design scalable and reliable Agentic AI architectures for enterprise use cases.
- Define and govern RAG pipelines , including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval strategies, vector databases, reranking, and response generation.
- Architect and review Azure-based solutions using services such as Azure Resource Graph, Azure Monitor, Azure Advisor, AKS, and Azure Container Apps .
- Ensure strong implementation of OpenTelemetry, observability, monitoring, tracing, logging, and metrics across applications and AI workflows.
- Manage technical risks, identify blockers, escalate critical issues, and own the technical change request process.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews at monthly milestone gates.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, access control, and enterprise governance requirements.
- Define observability standards for AI agents, APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
- Mentor and coordinate engineers across Backend, LLM/AI, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams.




- Produce monthly milestone completion reports, technical documentation, architecture documents, and handover documentation.
- Communicate complex technical architecture and design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills Agentic AI & Generative AI
- Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI architecture and development .
- Strong experience designing and implementing AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks .
- Strong understanding of multi-agent systems, agent workflows, tool calling, memory, planning, and orchestration.
- Strong experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture and implementation.
- Experience with embeddings, vector databases, document processing, chunking strategies, retrieval optimization, reranking, and LLM integration.
- Strong knowledge of LLM application architecture, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and guardrails.

Azure AI & Cloud
- Strong Azure AI experience is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and enterprise Azure services.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure Resource Graph
- Azure Monitor
- Azure Advisor
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure Container Apps

- Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native applications.

Backend & Data
- Strong Python backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Strong understanding of API architecture and RESTful services.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL , database schema design, and data modeling.
- Experience designing scalable backend services and enterprise integrations.

Observability
- Strong observability experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding and implementation experience with OpenTelemetry .
- Experience with distributed tracing, structured logging, metrics, monitoring, and alerting.
- Ability to design observability frameworks for distributed applications, microservices, APIs, and AI/agent workflows.

Enterprise Integration




- Strong experience integrating with ServiceNow REST APIs in an enterprise environment.
- Experience defining API contracts, integration patterns, authentication, authorization, and error-handling strategies.
- Experience managing shared infrastructure and cross-system dependencies.

Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect role.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects for large clients in a consulting or managed services environment .
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Robust ability to make architecture decisions and manage technical risks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex architecture and AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Nagios, or SolarWinds .
- Familiarity with DevBrewry or similar FinOps platforms .
- Experience with Backstage.io or Internal Developer Portals.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks .
- Experience with FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and Azure governance.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud-native security practices.
