Role Summary: -

The AGM/DGM RCM Operations will lead complex operational functions, drive financial and process excellence, and ensure strong client alignment. This role demands a seasoned leader capable of building highperforming teams, improving key RCM metrics, and enabling long-term operational success

Experience Required

- 18+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Operations Leadership, or Process Excellence roles
- Proven ability to manage large teams, drive transformation, and influence strategic initiatives

Key Responsibilities: -

Operational Leadership

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring clear definition of scope, goals, and key milestones
- Provide strong direction, mentorship, and support to multiple teams to drive operational excellence
- Build and manage high-performing teams, promoting productivity, accuracy, quality, and ownership

Process & Performance Excellence

- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable business impact
- Analyze operational and inventory data to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and financial opportunities
- Conduct root-cause analysis for performance issues and establish structured corrective action plans
- Build a culture of learning, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

RCM Metrics Management

- Monitor, analyze,



and manage critical RCM metrics including:
- Collections %
- Denial Rates
- Clean Claim Rate
- Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective and preventive control mechanisms
- Consistently improving financial outcomes and operational effectiveness in line with defined goals and organizational targets

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, alignment with expectations, and delivery against performance goals
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning
- Provide insights, dashboards, and decision-support analytics for senior leadership

Skills & Competencies

- Solid leadership presence with the ability to inspire and influence large teams
- Deep understanding of end-to-end RCM processes and industry best practices
- Expertise in operational analytics, performance tracking, and continuous improvement tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to drive change management and foster a high-performance culture
