Description Rightsline is hiring an Agentic AI Operations Engineer to build and optimize multi-step autonomous AI workflows for its global media and entertainment platform. The role blends software engineering, Claude Code-based agentic development, and security-focused operational rigor.

Role: Agentic AI Operations Engineer

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN | Noida/NCR based | Hybrid work model

Experience

- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 1-2 years building AI-assisted pipelines, agentic workflows, or LLM-driven applications
- Flexibility to work in required shifts

Responsibilities

- Design multi-agent teams and workflows for planning, execution, and review
- Build, scale, and optimize multi-step agentic workflows
- Design and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents
- Architect iterative loops and evaluation suites
- Define agentic SOPs
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
- Establish guardrails for reliable and measurable ROI
- Connect Claude Code with internal APIs, databases, and CI/CD systems
- Monitor and optimize performance across intelligence, token cost, and execution speed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, and SOC 2 frameworks

Additional Responsibilities

- Transition critical processes from manual workflows to a Claude Code-first ecosystem
- Ensure AI agents can read, write, and test code safely
- Balance software engineering fundamentals with rapid AI-driven iteration
- Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures
- Protect confidential and customer data
- Report security incidents
- Participate in compliance trainings and audits
- Follow role-based access control principles
- Safeguard credentials




- Ensure authorized system usage
