Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Advocate to manage trademark registration, filing, and related intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of trademark laws, filing procedures, objection handling, and client consultation. The role involves coordinating with clients, preparing applications, monitoring filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and file trademark applications with the Trademark Registry.
- Conduct trademark searches and prepare search reports.
- Handle trademark objections, examination reports, and hearing matters.
- Monitor trademark application status and maintain filing records.
- Prepare legal responses to objections and oppositions.
- Coordinate with clients to collect documents and provide updates on application status.
- Advise clients on trademark registration, protection, and enforcement matters.
- Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and filing timelines.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies,



as required.
- Maintain accurate records and case management documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Trademark Act, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and related regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trademark matters simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Qualifications

- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in trademark filing, IPR, or legal compliance.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in trademark search, filing, objection handling, and hearing preparation.
- Exposure to copyright, patent, and other IPR matters will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of trademark applications filed.
- Accuracy of filings and documentation.
- Timely handling of objections and responses.
- Client satisfaction and turnaround time.
- Compliance with statutory deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
