2)Brief guests on activity procedures, safety guidelines, and proper equipment usage.

4)Monitor guest participation and provide guidance throughout the activity. Handle basic emergencies and follow established safety and rescue procedures.
5)Ensure excellent guest interaction and deliver a safe, fun, and memorable experience.
