Role Description The Admissions Outreach - MP-CG - Indore, Delhi, Gujarat, Tamilnadu, Odisha, Ludiana, Assam, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves engaging with prospective students and families across assigned regions, explaining academic programs, admissions criteria, and campus life.

Responsibilities include conducting outreach activities such as school and college visits, education fairs, seminars, and counseling sessions to generate leads and applications. The position requires timely follow-up with inquiries, maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, and collaborating with the admissions and marketing teams to support recruitment campaigns. The role also includes providing excellent service to prospective applicants,



contributing to regional outreach plans, and representing Woxsen University professionally at all events.

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities and active listening.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide guidance, and support prospective students and families.
- Candidates should possess Sales and outreach skills to convert leads, meet admission targets, and promote university programs.
- Candidates should possess Student Recruiting skills, including experience with counseling, lead management, and relationship building with schools and colleges.
- Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in the Education sector, preferably in higher education admissions or counseling.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with CRM or admissions management systems, willingness to travel for outreach activities, solid organizational and time-management skills, and comfort with MS Office and online communication tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; a master’s degree or prior experience in university admissions, counseling, or education marketing is an advantage.
