Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Officer to manage the complete student admission process, generate leads, build parent relationships, and achieve enrolment targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, sales, and relationship-management skills, preferably with experience in the school education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
- Handle parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Counsel parents and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Generate and manage leads through digital campaigns, references, events, calling, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions in the CRM/ERP system.
- Conduct campus visits and provide an engaging school tour to prospective parents.
- Coordinate with the academic, accounts, transport, and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Assist with admission events, open houses, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly admission reports for management.
- Track competitor schools, market trends, and parent preferences.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective parents.
- Ensure all admission documentation and student records are complete and accurate.
- Handle parent concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, sales, counselling, or business development, preferably in a reputed school.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented with proven lead-conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qualified personality with a customer-focused approach.

- Lead-to-admission conversion ratio.

- Number of qualified leads generated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
