About the Role

We’re looking for an Ads Associate to help manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta & Google Ads.

What You’ll Do

- Set up and manage ad campaigns
- Monitor CTR, CPC, ROAS & conversions
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise
- Test audiences, creatives & ad copies
- Prepare performance reports
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends

What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Comfortable with numbers and data
- Analytical, detail-oriented & eager to learn
- Internship/project experience in paid ads is a plus
