About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and professionally presented Sales & Admin Executive to join our premier clinic. As an "all-rounder," you will be the face of Browlicious, managing both front-end sales and essential administrative operations to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relations & Sales: Greet clients, handle inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and social media), and convert leads into bookings by explaining our specialized PMU and aesthetic treatments.
- Administrative Management: Maintain client databases, schedule appointments, coordinate with the technical team, and manage daily clinic operations.
- Multilingual Communication: Provide exceptional service to a diverse clientele by communicating fluently in multiple languages (English, Tamil, and others as applicable).
- Clinic Coordination:



Assist in maintaining the clinic's professional environment and supporting the lead practitioner with administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Professional Presentation: Must maintain a highly professional and polished appearance suitable for a premium aesthetics setting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional multilingual skills with the ability to build rapport and handle sales consultations effectively.
- Versatility: A proactive "all-rounder" attitude, capable of multitasking between sales, customer service, and administration.
- Experience: Previous experience in a luxury service, hospitality, or beauty/aesthetics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
