◉ Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused "Admin Cum Customer Care Executive" to manage front-office administration, customer communication, query resolution, documentation, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
◉ Key Responsibilities:
◦ Handle customer calls, emails, queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
◦ Resolve customer concerns through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
◦ Manage front-office operations, visitor handling, correspondence, and courier activities.
◦ Maintain administrative records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
◦ Coordinate with vendors and support pantry and facility management activities.
◦ Maintain office inventory, stationery, and administrative supplies.
◦ Assist with billing records, invoices, vouchers, petty cash, and expense documentation.
◦ Prepare MIS and operational reports using MS Excel.
◦ Coordinate meetings, events,
distributor meets, and guest visits.
◦ Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.
◉ Required Skills:
◦ Excellent verbal & written communication
◦ Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
◦ Good knowledge of MS Office & Advanced Excel
◦ Strong administrative & coordination skills
◦ Valuable documentation and reporting ability
◦ Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
◉ Preferred Profile:
◦ Fluency in English must.
◦ Min Graduate in any discipline.
◦ Relevant experience in Administration / Customer Care / Front Office / Coordination preferred.
◦ Candidates with FMCG/Corporate office experience will be preferred.
