Active Directory Consultant – IAM & Identity Security

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Active Directory Specialist with robust expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, IAM, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and AD security .

The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting complex identity issues and collaborating with Cybersecurity, SOC, GRC, Infrastructure, Azure Cloud, and Application teams .

? Key Responsibilities

- Administer enterprise Active Directory , including users, groups, OUs, service accounts, and Domain Controllers
- Troubleshoot FSMO roles, AD replication, DNS, Kerberos, and LDAP
- Configure and troubleshoot Group Policy (GPO) and implement AD security-hardening controls
- Manage complete Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes
- Implement RBAC, least privilege, privileged-access controls, and periodic access reviews
- Support Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and LDAP integrations
- Work with CyberArk for privileged access and credential management
- Support SailPoint for identity governance, provisioning, entitlement management, and access certification
- Support PingID/Ping Identity for MFA and authentication troubleshooting
- Monitor and investigate identity/security events using Splunk
- Participate in security incident response and root-cause analysis
- Support SOX, GRC, audits, access certification, and compliance evidence activities
- Support Azure Cloud security,

- Perform AD health checks, security reviews, and remediation of excessive, dormant, or orphaned access
- Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and incident-response documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and automation across identity operations

- Experience handling production incidents and audit requirements
- Strong independent problem-solving and self-learning ability
- Ability to work with minimal dependency on structured training
- Immediate joiners are preferred
