We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the complete accounting and financial operations of a real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and real estate-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

- Monitor project-wise income, expenses, budgets, and cash flow.

- Handle accounting for property sales, purchases, construction expenses, and project-related transactions.

- Monitor customer receipts, outstanding payments, advances, and collections.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.

- Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.

- Monitor project costs and assist management with financial planning and cost control.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.

- Support budgeting,



forecasting, and financial analysis for real estate projects.

- Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CA or equivalent qualification.

- 3-5 Years Relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure accounting preferred.

- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Good understanding of project accounting and cost management.

- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet reporting deadlines.
