Job Summary:

Pranic Drug Store LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Record and process sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in monthly,



quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement activities.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Perform any other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Experience: 1–3 Years Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
