About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing team. The role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and support business decision-making through timely financial insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment and taking ownership of finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

∙Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance in Tally.

∙Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records.

∙Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other business payouts in a timely manner.

∙Prepare and issue customer invoices and monitor collections and outstanding receivables.

∙Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial discipline and process compliance.

∙Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.

∙Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, and external stakeholders during audits and reviews.

Statutory Compliance

∙Calculate, deposit,



and reconcile TDS liabilities.

∙Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.

∙Calculate GST liabilities and ensure timely payment.

∙Prepare and file GST returns and perform periodic reconciliations.

∙Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills

∙Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, and TDS compliances.

∙Hands-on experience in Tally is mandatory.

∙Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

∙Good analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.

∙Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

∙Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

∙Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

∙CA Inter qualified.

∙4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and statutory compliances.

∙Prior experience in a startup or high-growth business environment will be preferred.

∙Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and statutory compliances.

∙Ability to take ownership, drive process improvements, and work with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹30,790.11 - ₹40,524.02 per month
