About the Role

Evertruth Foods is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, accounts receivable, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and customer payment follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and/or Tally, along with practical experience in payment recovery, receivables management, and follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and maintain accurate customer outstanding records.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related accounting entries.
- Track customer payments and ensure timely payment reconciliation against invoices.
- Regularly follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
- Handle payment recovery and coordinate with sales/customers to resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate customer ledgers and ensure timely ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor ageing reports and proactively highlight overdue receivables.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams regarding billing, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Record receipts, expenses, and other routine accounting transactions.




- Assist in bank reconciliation and other day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all accounting transactions.
- Support month-end closing and preparation of basic MIS/reports.
- Assist senior management/accounts team with other finance and accounting requirements as needed.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of accounting records.

Preferred Skills & Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance, preferably in an FMCG, trading, distribution, or similar industry.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is highly preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
- Practical experience in accounts receivable and payment recovery.
- Strong experience in customer payment follow-up and collection coordination.
- Good understanding of invoicing, ledger reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
