Role: Accounts Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, audits, team management, and reconciliation of e-commerce transactions across marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- E-commerce Accounting: Prepare sales data in Excel, upload into Tally, verify accuracy, and reconcile sales, returns, settlements, and receivables.
- Tally Accounting: Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, debit/credit notes, ledger creation, bank reconciliation, and accounting corrections.
- GST Compliance: Good knowledge of GST laws, GST TCS, ITC, RCM, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, return filing, and statutory due dates.
- E-Invoice & E-Way Bill: Create E-Invoices, IRN/QR Codes, and E-Way Bills through Tally/portal and resolve related errors.
- TDS Compliance: Knowledge of TDS sections, rates, threshold limits, deductions, return filing, reconciliation, and due dates.
- Receivables & Payables: Handle customer/vendor accounting, ageing, reconciliation, collections, vendor bills,



and payment-related queries.
- Manufacturing Accounting: Basic understanding of inventory, purchase, sales, and accounting processes of a manufacturing company.
- Consultant Coordination: Independently handle GST, TDS, audit, and other statutory consultant queries and provide required data.
- Problem Solving: Identify accounting/reconciliation issues and independently resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in accounts & finance, preferably in D2C or private label companies
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, audits, and reconciliations
