Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit firms, retail accounts, or MIS. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com background and strong knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and day-to-day financial operations.

Candidates currently working in audit firms, retail organizations in accounts departments, or MIS roles with around 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank, cash, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and periodic MIS reports for management.
- Monitor sales, expenses, collections, outstanding payments, and other financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and financial information.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Verify invoices, bills, expenses,



and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Track and follow up on receivables and payables.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and take corrective action.
- Support management with financial analysis and other accounting reports as required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Ledgers, and Reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and basic data analysis.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing MIS reports.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com graduate with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates from CA/Audit firms with practical accounting exposure.
- Candidates with experience in retail accounts, particularly sales, purchase, inventory, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Candidates with 3+ years of MIS experience who have a solid understanding of accounts and financial reporting.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with large volumes of financial and operational data.
