We handle GST, income-tax, TDS and corporate compliance for startups and SMEs across India, alongside specialised work such as Startup India registrations and Section 80-IAC income-tax exemptions. The Role

You will own day-to-day compliance execution for a portfolio of client companies — preparing and filing GST returns, TDS returns and related statutory filings, maintaining books, and keeping every client's compliance calendar green. You will work directly with clients over phone, WhatsApp and email in English and Hindi.

What You Will Do

- Prepare and file GST returns: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, CMP-08, GSTR-9/9C support; handle QRMP clients; reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records before ITC claims
- Prepare and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q), deposit challans on time, generate Form 16/16A from TRACES, and resolve TRACES defaults and notices
- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for clients (Tally / Zoho Books), including bank reconciliations and ledger clean-ups
- Related statutory filings and support work: advance tax computations, PT/PF/ESI coordination where applicable,



and assistance on income-tax returns and MCA filings under senior guidance
- Track due dates across the client portfolio and escalate anything at risk before the deadline, not after
- Communicate with clients in clear English and Hindi

What We Need

- B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter, 1–3 years of hands-on filing experience (a strong fresher from a CA firm articleship considered)
- You have personally filed GST and TDS returns — on the portals, yourself, not just assisted
- Working command of Tally or Zoho Books, comfortable Excel (VLOOKUP/pivot level)
- Fluent spoken English and Hindi
- Deadline discipline — a missed date is a client penalty

Good to Have

- Experience in a CA firm or multi-client consulting environment
- Exposure to MCA/ROC filings, Startup India / DPIIT work, or income-tax scrutiny support
- Familiarity with the GST QRMP scheme and composition clients
- Ability to create Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for clients
