Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 12 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have valuable working knowledge of Tally and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: B.Com / Bachelor of Commerce

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers and regularly reconcile accounts.




- Assist with bank reconciliation and other accounting-related activities.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain Excel-based records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an added advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Education: B.Com / Bachelor of Commerce.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Candidates with experience in Tally, Excel, and day-to-day accounting operations will be preferred.
