- Manage monthly bookkeeping and accounting for multiple client portfolios
- Prepare and file GST returns, ITR filings, and other tax documents
- Process payroll runs and ensure statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESI)
- Reconcile accounts, maintain ledgers, and ensure accurate financial records
- Coordinate with CAs/CSs for audit and ROC compliance requirements
- Provide timely financial updates and reports to clients
Requirements
- B.Com or M.Com degree with 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Robust knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Indian tax workflows (GST, TDS, IT)
- Familiarity with Startup India compliance and ROC filings
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal + written)
Bonus Requirements
- Experience with Zoho Books or other ERP platforms
- Background serving startups or small businesses
- Knowledge of payroll software (greytHR, Pocket HRMS)
