About Stage 3:

Stage 3 is a Chennai-based event and brand-experience company with 25+ years of experience and 8,000+ events delivered. We specialise in event conceptualisation and management, professional conference organising, digital marketing, and brand management.

The Role:

We're looking for an Accountant to manage Stage 3's day-to-day accounting and financial records, working closely with the Directors and operating officers.

What You'll Do:

- Manage bookkeeping, ledgers, and daily accounting entries
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and payments
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management
- Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations
- Track expenses, receivables, and payables; support budgeting and variance analysis
- Ensure timely, accurate statutory and tax compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors on financial matters

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,



Finance, or Commerce
- 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, with strong AP, AR, and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Tally and Excel; ERP software experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage deadlines under minimal supervision
