We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure timely statutory payments and support tax-related compliance.
- Assist with audits and provide required financial documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tally/ERP or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and reconciliations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
