We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day billing, general ledger maintenance, and the preparation of essential financial statements, including balance sheets and data reports.

A solid hands-on background in Tally software is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Accounting & Billing: Manage end-to-end billing cycles, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily journal entries with high accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, examine, and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and various financial data sheets.
- Tally Operations: Maintain and update financial records efficiently using Tally software, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor and customer accounts to resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Taxation & Compliance:



Assist with statutory compliance, GST filings, TDS, and support internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated accounting role.
- Software Expertise: Mandatory hands-on proficiency of at least 2–3 years working with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- Skills: Strong command of Excel and financial reporting, exceptional attention to detail, and solid analytical skills.

Note: Candidates with immediate availability or prior experience handling end-to-end bookkeeping in a fast-paced environment will be given preference. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
