Role Description The Accountant Cum HR Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Patna. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, tax and compliance support, and preparation of financial reports.

On the HR side, responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and exit formalities, overseeing payroll inputs, supporting performance management, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor regulations. The role also involves coordinating with management on budgeting, cost control,



workforce planning, and contributing to a positive, professional workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting skills, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
- HR management skills covering recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, payroll coordination, and knowledge of basic labor laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel), with the ability to work with spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in both accounts and HR tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant educational background such as B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance/HR), or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Prior experience in a combined accounts and HR role, preferably in IT, digital marketing, or a small to mid-sized organization, is an advantage.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to ethical practices in handling financial data and employee information.
