We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will collaborate with our finance team to manage general ledger activities, month-end closes, and account reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & General Ledger: Prepare and post journal entries; maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Month-End / Year-End Close: Assist in completing month-end and year-end financial closing procedures within deadlines.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, monitor customer invoicing, and track outstanding receivables.
Compliance & Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to GAAP/IFRS and local tax laws.
Tax Preparation: Prepare documentation and workings
