Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Rupnagar.

The Account

Manager will manage client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure that project requirements for soil and rock investigations are clearly understood and documented.

Responsibilities include coordinating with technical and field teams, tracking project timelines, preparing and reviewing proposals, estimates, and contracts, and monitoring billing and collections. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and commercial terms, while proactively addressing client queries and concerns.

The Account





Manager will also support business development activities, identify opportunities with existing and potential clients, and contribute to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in project coordination or operations support, ideally within engineering, construction, or geotechnical services.
- Proficiency in basic business documentation, including proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort with numerical data, billing processes, and basic financial tracking related to client accounts.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with using digital tools or CRM systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, field, and administrative teams and to work on-site in Rupnagar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in account management is preferred.
- Understanding of geotechnical, drilling, or hydro power project environments will be an advantage.
