Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / MARG Expert who can independently handle day-to-day accounting operations and has strong hands-on experience with MARG ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle MARG ERP for sales, purchase, billing, inventory, and accounting operations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, credit/debit notes, and payment entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
- Assist in GST-related entries, returns, and documentation.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounts-related matters.




- Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MARG ERP.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience in billing, inventory, sales and purchase accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

- 25 years of relevant experience in accounts.
- Strong MARG ERP expertise is mandatory.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Experience in distribution/trading companies will be an added advantage.
