Imperial Kitchen is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our Kochi branch. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, reconciliations, and supporting the management in maintaining accurate accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Handle sales, purchase, expense and payment entries.
- Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain cash and bank transactions.
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor receivables and payables.
- Handle supplier and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and branch management.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
- Support management with MIS and other financial reports when required.

Requirements
- Qualification:



B.Com / M.Com / equivalent.
- Experience: Min 4 years in accounting; experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in restaurant, hotel, catering or hospitality accounting will be given preference.
- Willing to work in Trivandrum office Till November or December 2026

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Job Location: Kochi, Kerala (initially in Trivandrum)
