We’re Hiring: Account Executive – Agile Solutions

RSB Insights & Analytics is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Agile Solutions team.

With over three decades of expertise in market research, data science, and analytics, RSB is a trusted global partner delivering impactful insights through integrated services, solutions, and products.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a growing global team—coordinating and executing market research projects while acting as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.

What you’ll do:

- Support the planning and execution of market research projects
- Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and detailed work plans
- Monitor project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards and client expectations
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing regular updates
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks
- Maintain strong working relationships to support client satisfaction
- Assist in preparing client communications, status reports, and updates
- Liaise with fieldwork agencies, panel providers, and vendors for project execution
- Support sample procurement and track quota fulfillment against study requirements
- Monitor fieldwork progress and escalate issues related to timelines, quality, or feasibility
- Ensure vendors adhere to project specifications and timelines
- Conduct data quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with data processing teams for tabulation and reporting support
- Identify inconsistencies in data and escalate issues for resolution
- Support report creation, including charting and presentation preparation




- Track project budgets and assist in cost monitoring to ensure adherence to defined limits
- Support financial reconciliation, invoicing, and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and records
- Assist in ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints
- Follow established processes, workflows, and best practices for project execution
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance across all project stages
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support process enhancements
- Contribute to a cooperative and detail-oriented team environment

What we’re looking for:

- 1–3 years of experience in market research, project management, or coordination roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good command over English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic project management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Basic client handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Ability to follow processes and instructions
- Team collaboration and willingness to learn
- Experience with survey platforms is preferred
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with data analysis tools is an added advantage
