Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS, financial and management reports.
- Handle invoice processing, billing and payment entries.
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Manage GST compliance, TDS calculations, deductions and return filing.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and ledger scrutiny.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations and internal policies.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and government authorities.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Guide junior accounting team members and support process improvements.

- Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Advanced MS Excel

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.
