- Manage day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments
- Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, and e-commerce transactions
- Prepare invoices, GST reports, and assist with tax filings (GST, TDS)
- Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation
- Monitor expenses and support cash flow management
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payment queries
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting and closing activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced startup environment
