About the Role

Sennovate is an AI-first cybersecurity MSSP and Google Cloud Security Partner. We deliver managed SOC on Google SecOps, Stellar Cyber, and Elastic - enhanced by our own AI capabilities (agentic alert triage, stack analysis, AI governance, AI pentesting) that make our SOC faster and smarter than traditional MSSPs. We re pre-Series A and building the sales function from the ground up.

What You ll Own

What You ll Do

- Build pipeline from zero in mid-market (500-5,000 employees, $100M-$1B revenue)

- Sell managed SOC, MDR, identity, and AI security services directly to CISOs and security leaders
- Close net-new ARR deals in the $50K-$200K range
- Develop repeatable sales motion across verticals (healthcare, manufacturing, financial services)

- Partner with our technical team (Director of Security Engineering, India-based COE) on discovery and POVs

You d be a Robust Fit If

- You have real cybersecurity sales experience - you speak the CISO s language natively (MTTD, MTTR, SOC operations, alert fatigue, compliance frameworks)

- You ve hunted cold in cybersecurity, not just converted inbound or rode a brand




- You ve closed full-cycle deals in the $50K-$200K ARR range to mid-market buyers
- You own your failures, diagnose what went wrong, and iterate - not externalize

- You want equity in something you re actually building, not just a seat

Experience Measured by Capability, Not Years

- Cyber credibility with skeptical technical buyers

- Proven cold-hunting ability (not brand-assisted demand conversion)
- Founding-AE mindset: ownership, resourcefulness, comfort with ambiguity

Comp Base ~$120K depending on experience.

OTE ~$250K at quota. Uncapped commission. Equity tailored to the value you bring. Details shared during the process.
