Role Description The Accounts Executive role at Aksha Partners is a full-time, Hybrid position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Accounts

Executive will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, maintain general ledgers, process invoices and payments, and reconcile bank and vendor accounts. The role includes preparing financial statements and management reports, supporting statutory compliance activities such as GST and TDS filings, and assisting with payroll-related calculations.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely financial data, support audits, and contribute to process improvements in accounting and compliance workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational accounting skills, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Knowledge of Indian statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and MCA/ROC-related requirements.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software (Tally & Zoho Books), spreadsheets, and general office productivity tools.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with finance teams, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or CA Inter with one or both groups cleared (Articleship experience is a must).
