Account Assistant – FDA & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a Account Assistant to handle basic accounting activities along with FDA applications, certificates, and regulatory documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and be comfortable working on the FDA portal.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle FDA applications for current products through the FDA portal.
- Track and maintain the status of FDA applications.
- Provide daily updates on FDA application status to Directors.
- Apply for various certificates as required by the company.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to applications and certificates.
- Perform basic accounting and finance-related activities.
- Maintain Excel sheets, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documents and information.




- Ensure timely completion and submission of applications and documents.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounts is mandatory.
- MS Excel knowledge is must.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of online portals and data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up on pending applications.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com or any relevant commerce qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in FDA/regulatory documentation and basic accounts will be preferred.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
