-ACADEMIC COORDINATOR - OPERATIONS AND ACADEMICS

CTC-4 LPA to 5 LPA

Reports to: Business Head

Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced and passionate Candidate to oversee operations and academics for our preschool n daycare centres. You'll ensure high-quality education, operational excellence, and staff development across multiple centers.

Key Responsibilities: - Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned preschool n daycare centres Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement.

Academics: Implement and monitor curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessments Support teachers in lesson planning, delivery, and student progress tracking Drive academic excellence and innovation - Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and develop centre staff (teachers, coordinators, admins)



Conduct performance evaluations, training, and capacity building -

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular center visits, audits, and feedback sessions Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices - Parent Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents and stakeholders Address concerns, feedback, and suggestions

Requirements: - 3+years of experience in preschool n daycare management/teaching - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Passion for early childhood education and child development
