About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Academic Research Analyst & Technical Writer capable of handling complex, PhD-level research projects with strong academic and analytical depth.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently understand research requirements, conduct rigorous literature research, analyse data and methodology, and develop high-quality academic/technical documents while maintaining appropriate academic and research-integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on PhD thesis, research papers and review papers.
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches and critical analysis.
- Develop and refine research methodology, frameworks and research structures.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research analysis.
- Interpret statistical results and research findings.
- Prepare academically rigorous technical content and research documentation.
- Work with systematic reviews and meta-analysis where applicable.
- Prepare research proposals, synopsis and literature reviews.




- Edit and improve manuscripts for academic clarity, structure and technical accuracy.
- Follow university, institutional and journal-specific formatting requirements.
- Work with references, citations and academic databases.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and internal research teams.
- Review completed work for accuracy, consistency, methodology and academic quality.
- Manage multiple research projects while meeting agreed deadlines.

Required Expertise
- 5-16 years of relevant professional/research experience.
- Strong experience with PhD-level academic research.
- Excellent academic and technical writing ability.
- Strong research methodology knowledge.
- Advanced literature review and critical-analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of research design and scholarly communication.
- Experience with research papers and journal manuscripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent English language and academic writing skills.
- Ability to independently handle complex research assignments.

The candidate should be comfortable working with complex research problems, large volumes of academic literature, research datasets, methodologies, statistical outputs and publication requirements.

Candidates with a PhD degree with substantial research experience, or equivalent professional research experience are encouraged to apply.
