Role Description The Academic Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves guiding students and parents in selecting appropriate tutors, courses, and learning plans aligned with each learner’s academic goals, board requirements, and exam preparation needs.

The Academic

Advisor will conduct counseling sessions, assess student strengths and challenges, and recommend suitable tutoring options and schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining detailed student records, coordinating with tutors,



supporting competitive exam and board exam planning, and providing ongoing academic guidance and progress reviews. The role also includes collaborating with the operations team to improve advising processes and ensuring a professional, student-centered experience at all times.

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners across school grades and exam levels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and tutors.
