We are seeking an organised and experienced ISC Coordinator to oversee the academic and administrative coordination of the ISC programme and ensure smooth implementation of curriculum, assessments, examinations, and academic processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the academic functioning of the ISC section.
- Ensure effective implementation of the ISC curriculum.
- Coordinate syllabus planning and completion across subjects.
- Monitor lesson plans, assessments, examinations, and academic schedules.
- Coordinate with subject teachers and Heads of Departments.
- Monitor student academic progress and identify areas requiring intervention.
- Coordinate ISC examination-related activities and documentation.
- Maintain academic records and prepare reports for school management.
- Support teachers in understanding and implementing ISC requirements.
- Coordinate parent communication regarding academic matters when required.
- Organise academic meetings and follow up on action points.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and academic standards.
- Liaise with the Principal, Academic Leadership Team, teachers, students, and parents.
Qualification & Experience
- Post Graduate Degree in a relevant subject from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in senior school/ISC academic coordination.
- Prior ISC/ICSE experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong academic planning, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple academic responsibilities effectively.
