Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

United Tuition Bureau is looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Consultants to help connect students with suitable tutors for online tuition. The role involves understanding students’ academic requirements, coordinating with tutors, and ensuring a smooth connection between students and tutors.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand students’ academic requirements, subjects, classes, and preferred learning schedules.
- Identify and connect students with suitable online tutors based on their requirements.
- Coordinate with tutors regarding availability, subject expertise, and class schedules.
- Communicate with students and parents professionally through calls and messages.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students, parents, and tutors.




- Handle enquiries and convert potential leads into successful student-tutor connections.
- Maintain records of enquiries, students, tutors, and follow-ups..

Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with students, parents, and tutors.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and internet applications.
- Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, education, or customer coordination will be an advantage.
