Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Voice Process
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Experience in Technical Support or Non-Technical Customer Support preferred
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
