About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer who can work on both interior and exterior architectural visualization. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals based on architectural and interior design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders for interior and exterior projects.
- Develop 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
- Convert architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
- Prepare realistic interior views, exterior views, façade views, landscape views, and aerial perspectives.
- Work on materials, textures, lighting, furniture, landscaping, and environmental elements to achieve realistic results.
- Produce high-quality renders for client presentations, design proposals, marketing, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
- Make revisions based on design feedback and client requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in dimensions, materials, finishes, and design details.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization techniques, rendering tools, and AI-assisted visualization workflows.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Positive understanding of architectural and interior design principles.




- Ability to create realistic materials, lighting, vegetation, furniture, and architectural elements.
- Good understanding of scale, proportions, composition, and colour balance.
- Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings, architectural plans, sections, and elevations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work within deadlines.

Software Skills

Must Have:

- 3ds Max / SketchUp / equivalent 3D modelling software
- V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / D5 / Enscape or equivalent rendering software
- Adobe Photoshop

Good to Have:

- AutoCAD
- AI-based visualization tools

Qualification

- Diploma / Degree / Certification in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong visualization skills and a valuable portfolio may also apply.

Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural visualization, interior visualization, exterior visualization, or 3D rendering.
