About the Role

Dynapix Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled 3D Designer who can create engaging 3D visuals, animations, motion graphics, and digital creatives for advertising and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, good knowledge of 3D design tools, attention to detail, and the ability to convert ideas and concepts into visually appealing content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D designs, animations, and motion graphics for advertising and digital media campaigns.
- Develop creative visual concepts based on campaign and client requirements.
- Create 3D models, textures, lighting, compositions, and realistic renders.
- Design engaging content suitable for digital screens, LED displays, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative, sales, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
- Edit and modify designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure all creatives are delivered within timelines and meet quality standards.
- Explore new design trends, creative techniques, and technologies to improve visual output.





Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, animation, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of lighting, textures, composition, animation, and visual effects.
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
- Ability to understand concepts and translate them into engaging visual content.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing 3D designs, animations, or motion graphics is preferred.

Qualification & Experience

- Degree/Diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong skills and an impressive portfolio may also apply.
- Relevant professional experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, technical skills, portfolio, and performance during the interview.
