and evidence-based decision-making.Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development.Integrate currenteconomic, business, and global affairsinto classroom discussions.Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary and IB learner-profile development.Participate in parent meetings, school events, career development, and other academic responsibilities.Desired Qualifications & Skills:Master's degree inEconomics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field .Experience teachingIB DP Economics and/or Business Managementpreferred.Strong knowledge ofIB curriculum, assessment criteria, IA requirements, and examination standards .Excellent communication, classroom management, analytical, and mentoring skills.IB training/certification will be an added advantage.
