Job DescriptionGraphic Designer & Video Content CreatorCompany:MyFroyolandLocation:PuneEmployment Type:Full-timeExperience:2–4 yearsDepartment:Marketing & CreativeAbout the RoleWe are looking for aGraphic Designer & Video Content Creatorto join the MyFroyoland team.The ideal candidate is someone who understandsvisual branding, social media and short-form videoand can turn ideas into scroll-stopping creative content.You will be responsible for creating everything fromInstagram posts, Reels and Stories to promotional campaigns, in-store creatives, posters and digital advertisements .This is a hands-on role for someone who is bothcreative and execution-orientedand can take a brief from concept to final creative with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic DesignDesign creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.Create posters, promotional creatives, banners, menu boards, in-store communication and marketing collaterals.Develop creative concepts for new product launches, offers, festivals and brand campaigns.Maintain consistency with MyFroyoland’s visual identity and brand guidelines.Create campaign assets in multiple formats and sizes for digital and offline use.Work with the marketing team to translate ideas and campaigns into strong visual communication.Video & Reel CreationEdit engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and short-form videos.Create product videos, promotional videos, trend-based Reels and campaign content.Add transitions, text, music, sound effects, captions and motion graphics where appropriate.Repurpose existing footage into multiple pieces of social content.Keep up with current Instagram/Reel trends, formats,



sounds and visual styles.Occasionally shoot simple product/store content using a phone when required.Creative & BrandContribute ideas for social media campaigns and content.Develop creative concepts rather than simply executing supplied designs.Understand what makes content visually appealing and engaging for a young, social-media-first audience.Experiment with recent design styles, formats and content ideas while maintaining the MyFroyoland brand identity.Work closely with the marketing and social media team to plan weekly content.Skills RequiredStrong graphic design skills and a good eye forcomposition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy .Good understanding ofInstagram and social media design .Strong short-form video editing skills.Ability to create engaging Reels rather than only basic video cuts.Ability to work quickly and manage multiple creatives and deadlines.Positive understanding of current social media trends.Strong attention to detail.Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Software SkillsStrong proficiency in at least some of the following:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe Premiere ProAfter EffectsCanvaCapCut or similar video-editing softwarePreferred ExperienceExperience inF&B;, QSR, cafés, restaurants, dessert brands, fashion, lifestyle or other consumer brandswill be an advantage.Experience creating content specifically forInstagram/Reelsis highly preferred.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Creative + Fast + Trend-Aware + Detail-Oriented + Social-Media SavvyYou should be someone who can look at a brief and say:“I have an idea for this.”rather than waiting to be told exactly what to make.Portfolio RequiredApplicantsmust submit a portfolioshowcasing:Graphic design workInstagram creativesReels/video editingCampaign creativesBranding or promotional workCandidates without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.To ApplyPlease share yourCV + portfolio + Instagram/Behance/website (if available)along with your current and expected salary.
