• support the Service & Product Strategy Managers across our Investment Banking & Group Finance and Risk business divisions (Equity, Fixed Income, Prime Services, Research) and our technical partners

• uphold high standards for timely issue resolution and communications with our clients and stakeholders

• contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services

• define business and technical workarounds in a rapidly moving environment, initiate and help to deliver process improvements (including automation solutions)

• eliminate TOIL, automate manual tasks, improve observability and ensure highest availability of the application services.

• actively participate in the major incident management process

• optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce time to restore and minimize costs

• perform the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities, based on the ITIL Framework: Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Business Continuity Management, Continuous improvement

Investment Banking and/or Group Finance/Risk Application Support and reliability (AS&R;) team in India (Hyderabad)

We are a group of site reliability engineers who provides application management services to the stake holders from the investment banking and/or Finance/Risk division that include traders, salespersons, research analysts, client service managers, risk managers and operation analysts. Our applications spread across the front office, middle office, and back-office units of the investment bank and/or Finance/Risk/PNL systems catering to the equity, fixed income cash/derivatives and FX asset classes. The team is global in nature and is responsible for the full spectrum of support from front-line user support, through to complex system support, to release and workplace management. The team works closely with application development teams distributed globally. Quality standards are high, and the team takes pride in continuous innovation, responsiveness to change, and a deep understanding of the technologies used.
