We are seeking a Performance Engineer/Analyst for our Solar Power Plant division, Helios, located in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance analysis, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and reliability of solar energy generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze the performance of solar power plants and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and prepare reports on energy generation metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement performance optimization strategies.
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor plant performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Support the development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding solar power operations.





SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in performance analysis or engineering, preferably in solar power.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with solar plant operations and energy generation metrics.
- Proficient in software tools such as MATLAB, Python, or similar for data analysis.
- Understanding of renewable energy regulations and standards in India.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
