Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements.
- Source candidates via portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 to 7 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Robust knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
- Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Result-oriented and proactive.
