We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive – Solar Project Sales to drive business growth for solar EPC and turnkey project solutions across the assigned territory.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing industrial/commercial/institutional customers, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline and converting opportunities into solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and project booking targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities for Solar EPC and turnkey projects.
- Generate leads through field visits, customer references, networking, exhibitions and industry events.
- Develop relationships with industrial, commercial and institutional customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.




- Understand customer requirements and coordinate for suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare and present solar project proposals, technical presentations and commercial offers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for proposals, approvals, purchase orders, payments and project execution.
- Negotiate with customers and support successful order closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Identify and develop channel partners, EPC collaborators and business associates.
- Maintain solid customer relationships and handle customer escalations.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and new project opportunities.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, customer meetings and industry networking events.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and project booking objectives.
