Dream11 is seeking a visionary VP - Product (Platform) to lead strategic product initiatives within the domains of data, AI/ML, and developer experience. If you have extensive experience building B2B SaaS or internal platform products, a proven track record in a leadership role, and a passion for proactive problem-solving, you'll define and execute roadmaps that significantly impact our company's objectives.

Your Role

- Identify problems in the domain of data, AI/ML, and developer experience and proactively address them through innovative solutions.
- Create clear, measurable strategic roadmaps and goals for the platform team that align with the company's objectives.




- Build solid relationships both within the platform team and Technology/Design teams to enhance synergy and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Proactively seek and recruit top Product talent to continually elevate your team standards.
- Be hands-on with demonstrated in-depth knowledge, skills, and execution capabilities in building data and AI products.

Qualifiers

- 12+ years of overall experience.
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS / internal platform product management.
- 4+ years experience in a leadership position.
- Experience building data, AI, or developer SaaS products.
- Experience building products for knowledge worker personas (PMs, Developers, Analysts, Data Scientists).
