- Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the dealer & agency channel in his assigned location.
- Ensure dealers are appointed as per the target set for the location on monthly basis.
- Ensure target NOPs per dealer to be delivered on monthly basis.
- Ensure right mix of MISP/POSP available in the respective location.
Channel activation.
- Ensure targeted agency activation is achieved.
Business Development.
- Ensure target GWP is delivered at respective channel level.
Compliance
- 100% adherence to channel documentation & Payment TAT
Desired Profile:
- Any graduate or post graduate
- Age up to 30 years
- Minimum 1 years of experience in insurance in agency channel or 2 years of cross selling experience of general insurance product or health insurance product in life insurance
